Bob Nash
Bob Nash is a third-generation builder with more than 40 years of experience in the residential construction industry. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, Bob combines a strong technical foundation with decades of hands-on leadership in building and development.
Throughout his career, Bob has been deeply involved in advancing the homebuilding profession. He has held multiple leadership positions with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, contributing to industry standards, advocacy, and professional development across the region. His commitment to quality construction, ethical practices, and mentorship has earned him wide respect among peers and clients alike.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the industry, Bob was honored as Builder of the Year, reflecting a career defined by craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term excellence in homebuilding.
Lisa Nash
Lisa Nash serves as the Office Manager for Classic Construction, where she plays a central role in coordinating operations and supporting clients throughout the homebuilding process. With a background as an experienced home loan processor, Lisa brings valuable financial insight and attention to detail that helps ensure projects move smoothly from contract to closing.
In addition to managing office operations, Lisa works closely with clients to assist with decorator and design selections, helping them translate personal style into cohesive, livable spaces. Her eye for detail and understanding of current design trends have contributed to homes that have been featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Home Section, highlighting the quality and appeal of Classic Construction’s work.
Lisa is known for her professionalism, client-focused approach, and ability to seamlessly bridge administrative, financial, and design aspects of the homebuilding experience.
